Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you should return your order within 14 days, to Little Gems Interiors, Old White Hart, Little St Marys, Long Melford, CO10 9HX. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
For online purchases, we will reimburse return postage for faulty goods, including original delivery costs (basic rate). However, if you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you will pay for the return postage. Please always contact us for any return question or clarification prior to returning your order, at 01787 210951 or info@littlegemsinteriors.co.uk.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or the item is incorrect in any way, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the first instance, please send photos of the received item to info@littlegemsinteriors.co.uk.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example ( but not limited to) opened paint or used tools, worn clothing, (unless defective per above) or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Items need to be returned, in accordance with all our policies, a refund will be processed and a separate purchase of the new item made in a separate transaction. Any additional delivery charges will be applied to the new sale.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please be aware that any loyalty points allocated will be removed from your account in line with your refunded amount.
